Description:
This toolset proposes a regroupment of ImageJ functions useful to make some easy image and multidimensional stacks visualisations. It also proposes some automatic level adjustment options, and some convenient editing functionalities, especially for documents with a bit depth greater than 8.
The "Multi-Channels Image and Stack Helper", was programmed in ImageJ’s macro language to simplify and systematize the importing of stacks obtained with the sofware CellSens from an Olympus confocal microscope IX80 DSU. It is functional for any microscope generating "tif" format image files. Some functions are the "light" version of some pre-existant ImageJ functions, or simple shortcuts for most used functions, some others are customized ImageJ functions [1].
