Scale Bar Tools for Microscopes

 Description:

The "Scale Bar Tools for Microscopes" allows drawing of scale bars in image margins, for
several microscopes profiles stored on the computer. It also allows calibration of images, and keeps set informations in metadata. The integrity of the image area is so preserved, and margins can be removed by a single click.


This tool is inspired from the scalling functionalities of the "Three Channel Fluorescence Image Exploration Tools macro set." available on the ImageJ web site [1].

History:

- Revision 1.1a 24 July 2009: "µm" compatible with the new abbreviation definitions of the ImageJ macro language introduced in the 1.43e version.
- First version: 15 May 2009
